Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee first-shift production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing facility with a small team of associates. This full-time position generally operates first shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed to meet production demands. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading and controlling daily production operations with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and improvement. Responsibilities Key responsibilities include assigning daily tasks, monitoring equipment and workflow, identifying and implementing improvements, and coordinating the training and development of Operators. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for process improvements, awareness of safety regulations within a manufacturing setting, strong mechanical knowledge in production operations, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
