Schedule:
Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day scheduleD -Night Shift:
7:00pm - 7:00am (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & rotating Saturdays)What You'll DoCollaborate with teammates to achieve production and safety goalsCoach, motivate and engage team members to assist in workforce developmentOrganize and lead shift and safety meetingsEstablish work schedules and production sequences to meet production goalsConduct performance evaluations in a timely mannerConfirm all lines are cleaned in accordance with BRC standardsDocument all disciplinary actions resulting from policy/procedure violationsVerify the quality of all products by managing and overseeing quality checksEnsure shift is staffed in its entirety and communicates with human resourcesAnalyze and complete overtime paperwork, records, performance charts, work orders, and production schedules to set production requirements, production estimates, and outputsWhat Youll BringEssential Qualifications:
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 poundsBasic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring toolsStrong communication skills and positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt in a technical environmentAbility to pass pre-employment drug screeningPreferred Qualifications:
2+ years ofLeadership Experience Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary:
Wages ranging from $27.00 - $33.00 per hour, dependent on experience.Total Rewards:
