Job Description
Kamps is a full-service pallet company meeting the need of industries coast to coast. We believe the talented individuals that make up the Kamps Pallets team are our biggest asset. Here at Kamps, we recognize and reward hard working individuals that consistently exceed expectations. The supervisor is responsible for achieving objectives, budgets, Standard Work Practices, production standards, scheduling of personnel, quality, shipping and receiving, daily inventory management, safety, and sanitation/housekeeping requirements. The position requires the supervisor to occasionally fill in for limited periods of time to operate sortation equipment, painting equipment, hostling, and operation of a forklift. The supervisor must be available to work shifts with starting times around the clock including weekends and holidays. This is a 2nd shift position . Recycling programs Develop and implement sanitation/housekeeping programs meeting 3PL standards.
