•2AM Pepsi MidAmerica, located in Marion, IL, is now hiring for a PM Foreman to oversee and lead daily production line operations. This position is responsible for maximizing efficiency, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and positive work environment.
Foreman Job Duties:
Operate and manage assigned production line to achieve maximum efficiency and quality standards. Supervise all employees working on the assigned line, providing leadership, direction, and support as needed. Perform production line start-up procedures to ensure timely and efficient operation of equipment. Assist line employees with assigned tasks during problem periods to maintain consistent production flow. Oversee the training and preventive maintenance of all production line equipment, issuing work orders to Maintenance as needed. Complete and review daily production and downtime reports to identify and resolve performance issues. Enforce all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe and compliant work environment. Maintain clear communication and strong working relationships with production employees and management. Collaborate with other departments, including Shipping and Receiving, to support overall production efficiency. Report any equipment, personnel, or operational issues to the Production Superintendent promptly.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues Committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment Must live in or around the Marion, IL area
