Full Job Description The Vibe:

We operate at a breakneck pace and need a leader who leads from the front. This is a role for a high-energy "player-coach" who is just as comfortable building a pallet as they are managing a spreadsheet. You are the vital link between our shop operations and our clients; we need someone who can maintain a professional image and provide clear, effective communication even when things are moving fast.

What You'll Do:

Strategic & Efficient Scheduling:

You own the workflow. You will schedule all daily production tasks and coordinate every outgoing shipment to meet customer demand. Crucially, you must do this while maintaining maximum efficiency , optimizing labor hours and material usage to reduce waste and downtime.

Effective Customer Communication:

Act as the professional voice of the shop. You must be able to communicate with customers effectively—whether that's explaining a production timeline, confirming a delivery, or resolving a quality concern. You can turn "shop talk" into polished, professional updates.

Collaborative Problem Solving:

Work as a proactive partner with the management team to find resolutions for specific customer requests and quality issues. You'll help bridge the gap between what the customer needs and what the shop can produce efficiently. Lead by Example (Hands-On): This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You are expected to jump into production whenever needed to clear bottlenecks, assist with repairs, or help load a trailer.

High-Detail Quality Control:

Maintain a meticulous eye for detail. You are responsible for ensuring every pallet meets exact customer specs and that our quality standards remain uncompromised.

Data & Correspondence:

Manage all professional emails through Microsoft Outlook and maintain accurate production/inventory logs using Microsoft Excel .

Work Schedule & Expectations:

Standard Week:

Monday through Friday.

Hours:

8-10 hour shifts daily based on customer demand. We work until the day's goals are met.
