You'll track and improve KPIs, enforce lockout/tagout and forklift safety protocols, champion 5S, and support focused work teams. Admin work comes with the territory too — production reporting, schedule compliance, performance reviews, and keeping paperwork accurate and current. This is a hands-on leadership role.
