Duties Supervise and coordinate all activities on the 3rd shift to meet production goals efficiently and safely Lead and motivate assembly line workers, providing clear direction and support to maximize productivity Monitor manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards Utilize hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly Manage warehouse operations related to raw materials and finished goods, including forklift operation and inventory control Conduct regular safety inspections, enforce safety policies, and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs and preventive maintenance for manufacturing equipment Qualifications Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment with hands-on mechanical skills Strong knowledge of assembly line operations, hand tools, power tools, and warehouse procedures Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts safely in a manufacturing setting Familiarity with using mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly Experience working with warehouse management systems or inventory control is a plus Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team during the third shift Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a fast-paced environment Embark on this exciting journey with us where your expertise fuels innovation!
