May train new machinists, develop training, work and safety procedures for the shop.

Responsibilities:
Review drawings and ensure parts are made to specification Operate CNC Plasma Table Fabricate items as needed Operate forklift and overhead crane Coach and train lower-level fabricators on the proper execution of duties, ensure policies and procedures are followed Ensure all safety procedures are always followed, including proper use of all
PPEs Qualifications:
Proficient in reading CAD 2D and 3D drawings Metal Working Experience Ability to professionally lead staff by example and handle light supervisory duties Experience with fabrication shop equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
