Are you ready to lead and inspire a dedicated team in a dynamic manufacturing environment? About The Role Our client is seeking proactive and safety-conscious leaders for their 1st and 3rd shifts. These full-time roles ensure building components are manufactured and delivered with precision, adhering to top safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Champion safety by promoting safe operations and maintaining constant awareness of safety requirements. Directly supervise hourly production employees, manage work assignments, and provide on-the-job training. Implement lean manufacturing methods to drive cost-effective production and monitor budgets. Collaborate with local management and other supervisors to foster a team-focused environment. Participate in talent management by assessing and selecting production personnel and developing employees through cross-training. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications Associate degree or 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of OSHA General Industry, EEOC, and DOT regulations. Strong leadership, teamwork, and coaching abilities. Highly organized with attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Proven track record in process improvement and achieving results. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Work Environment Night shift position.
