This is a working supervisor position: you'll oversee day-to-day production activities, assign work, and also step in hands-on to support the team with production tasks in a clean, brightly lit and climate-controlled production environment.

Shift:

6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday (4 ten-hour shifts)

Pay:

$26.00 - $28.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a production team in an electronics manufacturing environment, ensuring daily output, quality, and safety goals are met Plan and assign daily responsibilities: review priorities, distribute work to the team, and follow up throughout the shift to keep jobs on track Serve as a hands-on working supervisor, jumping in as needed with production work such as: soldering and hand assembly, wiring and cable/connector assembly, PCB and component assembly, quality inspection and basic troubleshooting of defects Oversee the production floor: coordinate workflow, maintain a clean/organized work area, and address bottlenecks or staffing needs as they arise Support and coordinate stockroom activities: help ensure components and materials are available, organized, and issued to the floor to meet daily schedules Reinforce quality and workmanship standards, ensuring team members follow documented processes and build requirements Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to production staff to maintain productivity and consistent performance. Minimum Qualifications Production supervision experience in manufacturing involving small parts, detailed assembly work, and quality-focused processes required Electronics manufacturing background including exposure to PCB or electronic component production environments Ability to work effectively in a hands-on leadership role (leading people while also performing production tasks). Experience working in or supporting a stockroom/materials area (inventory coordination, kitting, issuing parts, organization). Standing/walking on the production floor for extended periods and occasional lifting/moving of materials as needed.
