Your Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily Production Department operations, prioritizing workflow, resources, and team performance to meet production targets and customer demand. Enforce a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with all safety policies, conducting inspections, and proactively addressing risks. Manage end-to-end upfitting operations for crane equipment, including fabrication, welding, assembly, wiring, programming, and final production processes. Drive quality and efficiency by inspecting and testing products, ensuring material flow, and implementing process improvements to reduce cost and enhance productivity. Develop and manage the workforce through training, coaching, communication, performance management, and maintaining accurate timekeeping and attendance records. Your Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred, with 7-10 years of manufacturing experience including 2-3 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards, including the ability to read and interpret MSDS documentation. Ability to manage production schedules, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and interpret drawings, BOMs, and technical documents. Proven organizational and leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively, complete accurate reports, and resolve conflicts.
