Production operates on a two‑shift schedule: First shift: 6:00 AM start (supervisors expected onsite by 5:30 AM) Second shift: 4:30 PM start (supervisors expected onsite by 4:00 PM) Supervisors typically work 9-10 hour days, accounting for pre‑ and post‑shift responsibilities. Weekend availability is required, including potential Sundays if production needs require it. Candidate Profile & Qualifications Leadership experience in a high‑volume manufacturing environment is strongly preferred (automotive ideal). High school diploma required; bachelor's degree remains preferred, not required. Leading teams of 3-5 groups, with each team consisting of approximately 8-10 members Presenting metrics and updates at shop‑floor and leadership boards Using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
