We are currently seeking a full-time 3 rd Shift Supervisor to join our team in Wadsworth, OH ! In this role, you will lead daily production operations by supervising employees, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring production goals are met efficiently and on schedule. Training will be completed on 1 shift Upon successful completion of training, the position will transition to 3 rd shift 3 rd shift schedule: Sunday-Thursday night, 9:45 pm-6 am

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Knowledge of production, safety, and quality processes Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to read, write, and understand

English Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production activities and provide hands-on leadership on the production floor. Direct and coordinate personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations. Lead shift safety efforts and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies. Train, coach, and mentor employees while providing performance feedback. Conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate production goals, updates, and expectations. Monitor production output, quality standards, and team performance. Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime and support equipment reliability. Manage attendance, staffing needs, and shift coverage. Maintain accurate production records, inventory tracking, and reporting. Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.
