Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Wellington, OH, 44090. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. If you have a passion for leading teams and optimizing operations, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities and manage workflow to meet production goals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor production metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to ensure quality standards are met. Assist in inventory management and ensure proper handling of materials. Prepare and maintain production reports for management review. Maintains production plan. Ensures compliance with the organizations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, on-time delivery. Approve setups and assign operators. Troubleshoot bottleneck operations. Qualifications Associate degree from a two year college in production management or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years experience. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a production environment. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
