The Successful Applicant A successful Production Supervisor should have: 3+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of safety, quality, and productivity metrics Ability to coach, develop, and hold team members accountable Experience with production scheduling and workforce planning Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field Lean Manufacturing experience Experience with ERP or manufacturing systems High-volume manufacturing experience What's on Offer Competitive salary between $80,000 and $100,000 USD.
