Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Direct Hire North Oklahoma City Target Pay:

$80-100K plus bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO We are working with a client that is looking to add a Production Supervisor role to complement their current, tenured Production Supervisor. This person will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring performance goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost are consistently met. They will lead and develop production teams, conduct daily floor meetings, monitor production metrics such as throughput and efficiency, and troubleshoot operational issues in real time to keep production running smoothly. The role is heavily focused on Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, including leading Kaizen events, implementing 5S programs, reducing waste, and driving process improvements throughout the production floor. This individual will also lead root cause analysis efforts for quality, safety, and downtime issues while ensuring corrective actions and standard work processes are properly implemented and followed. Additionally, they will partner closely with engineering, maintenance, quality, planning, and materials teams to support production goals, improve equipment reliability, and assist with new product launches and process changes. The position also includes coaching and developing operators and team leads, enforcing safety standards, and helping build a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.
