Job Description

Your tasks We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Norman, United States. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a team of production workers to achieve optimal performance and productivity. Manage and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and quantity targets Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to maximize efficiency Monitor production processes and adjust procedures to enhance productivity Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment Train, supervise, and evaluate production team members Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues and improve processes Conduct regular quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate materials Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements Your profile Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision Strong knowledge of production management and lean manufacturing principles Proficient in quality control methodologies and safety protocols Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proven leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies Six Sigma certification preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
