Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team in Norman, Oklahoma. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards in our production facility.

Lead and manage a team of production workers, fostering a positive and productive work environmentDevelop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlinesMonitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure adherence to company standards and specificationsAnalyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environmentCollaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and resolve issuesTrain and mentor team members on best practices and new production techniquesManage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate materials for productionParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costsPrepare and present regular reports on production performance, quality, and efficiency to upper managementQualifications3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentMUST be able to work 4th shift Friday-Sunday, hours are 5:00PM-5:00AMProven supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate teamsProficiency in production management software and quality control systemsStrong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesExperience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of safety protocols and regulations in manufacturing settingsAbility to analyze and interpret performance metrics and production dataSix Sigma certification is preferredBachelor's degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing is preferred.
