Job Title:
Production Supervisor Job Description The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily CNC machining and forge press operations to ensure safe, efficient production aligned with schedules and quality standards. This role involves directing workflow, assigning priorities, monitoring job progress, and resolving production issues in coordination with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance departments. The supervisor leads, coaches, and develops production employees while maintaining accountability and communication between staff and management. Responsibilities Supervise daily CNC machining and forge press operations. Ensure production aligns with schedules and quality standards. Direct workflow and assign priorities. Monitor job progress and resolve production issues. Coordinate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance departments. Lead, coach, and develop production employees. Maintain accountability and communication between staff and management. Essential Skills 5+ years of manufacturing experience with CNC machining. Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documents. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of machining processes, tooling, setups, and production flow. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred experience in supervision. Experience with CNC milling/turning. Familiarity with ERP systems. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment is a manufacturing shop with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Albany, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
