We're Hiring:

Swing Shift Production Supervisor This isn't your average supervisor role. You'll own the floor

• leading both our production AND sanitation teams during one of the most critical windows of our operation.

What you'll do: ? Lead, coach, and develop two teams simultaneously ? Drive food safety and sanitation compliance (SSOPs, chemical inventory, regulatory standards) ? Execute the shift plan with a continuous improvement mindset ? Hand off clean and escalate smart You're the one we're looking for if you: ? Lead with accountability and empathy ? Stay calm when the floor surprises you ? Take food safety personally

• because you know what's at stake ? Are a proactive self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to fix ? Have supervisory experience in food manufacturing (production or sanitation) ? Speak Spanish? That's a big plus. Food safety certs (HACCP, PCQI) and ERP experience are a bonus
• but the right leadership mindset matters most.
