Position Summary Shed Plant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations within the department across Wilcox Hard Boiled operation. This role is critical to supporting continued production growth, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth plant startup, sanitation turnaround, staffing coordination, and shift transition management. The supervisor will provide leadership during key operational windows, particularly during sanitation, pre-operational inspections, startup activities, and shift changeovers. This position supports the department's strategy of operating machine lines across a five-day production schedule while maximizing maintenance opportunities and minimizing the need for Saturday production. Reports to Operations Manager This position is responsible to lend technical support and oversight to daily activities associated with Production, Processing, and Warehouse Department of multiple food processing facilities. Responsible to evaluate and to maintain the quality standards and systems as set forth by customers, company, governmental and auditing agencies, regarding the manufacturing and processing of products. Helps maintain training of departmental employees, ensures adherence to established company performance goals and objectives.
