Position Overview The Work Order Foreman bridges the gap between upper management and field technicians while actively performing hands-on landscaping construction. Foremen are responsible for reviewing, assigning, and prioritizing daily work orders, managing crew schedules, and inspecting completed tasks for quality and compliance while ensuring teams have the necessary materials, tools, and safety protocols to execute tasks efficiently.
Job Description Crew Supervision:
Delegate daily tasks, track crew attendance, and train new workers.
Project Execution:
Read project plans, interpret layouts, and ensure the work adheres to exact specifications.
Execution:
Direct and actively participate in physical work, including grading, planting, hardscaping, irrigation, and seasonal maintenance.
Resource Management:
Liaison with Operations Managers for ordering materials, coordinating equipment deliveries, and overseeing scheduling to prevent workflow conflicts.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce strict safety guidelines, conduct site safety inspections, and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Quality Control:
Evaluate the quality of Arrimour crew's work and ensure defects are resolved immediately.
Requirements Experience:
Proven hands-on experience as a construction worker, landscape professional, or supervisor.
Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of landscaping materials, tools, heavy machinery operation and safety compliance.
Leadership Skills:
Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and communication abilities to lead a team effectively.
Tech Proficiency:
Familiarity with field management and scheduling software (Aspire preferred).
Language:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
