Production Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely Coordinate and monitor assembly line operations to meet production targets and quality standards Lead and motivate a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Ensure proper use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment during assembly processes Manage warehouse activities related to raw materials, components, and finished goods inventory Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a secure work environment Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize downtime Requirements Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory environment with hands-on assembly line exposure Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery maintenance Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire Previous warehouse experience is preferred for managing materials flow effectively Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly, and solve problems proactively Knowledge of manufacturing safety standards and best practices Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as needed Join us in shaping the future of manufacturing by leading our production team with energy, expertise, and a commitment to excellence. Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
