Production Supervisor Ephrata, PA | Direct Hire | $80,000-$85,000 Ready to lead a high-performing manufacturing team and make a direct impact on production success? We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee operations in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment known for quality craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of approximately 30 employees with the support of 3 Team Leads, driving performance in safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency. Candidates with metal fabrication, welding, robotic welding, or manufacturing leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop production employees on 2nd shift Oversee manufacturing operations including welding, sawing, punch press, shot blasting, and powder coating Schedule production resources and labor to meet customer demand Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, production, and efficiency Support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions Train, mentor, and evaluate team members Review labor reporting, timekeeping, and production data Maintain a strong safety-first culture on the shop floor Qualifications 3+ years of Production or Manufacturing Supervisory experience Experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing environments Ability to read and interpret blueprints Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office
