Georgeko Industries an established growing Erie PA plastics manufacturer is looking for a Full-time 2nd shift WEEKDAY Supervisor. Monday - Friday 3:45pm to 12am. As a 2nd shift Supervisor, you will be an important member of our team. Helping us meet our customer expectations, assisting in identifying and communicating issues while assisting us in finding the solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise staff; duties include job assignment, assisting with training, working with temporary staff, performance mentoring. Trouble shoot and adjust molding parameters. Communicate, document and update concerns and issues. Participates in and /or supports problem solving and improvement activities Ensure quality during production
Qualifications:
