Job Description

Miscellaneous Metals Foreman Pay:
Competitive; based on experience Description Cannonball Recruiting is seeking an experienced Miscellaneous Metals Foreman for a growing fabrication shop in Pennsylvania. This is an excellent opportunity for a fabrication professional with leadership experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will oversee daily shop operations, supervise fabrication personnel, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment. Experience 5+ years of miscellaneous metals fabrication experience Previous foreman, lead fabricator, or shop leadership experience preferred Experience fabricating stairs, railings, ladders, and other miscellaneous metal components Strong understanding of fabrication shop operations and workflow Experience managing manpower, production schedules, and shop priorities Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication specifications Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of fabrication safety and quality standards Responsibilities Manage daily miscellaneous metals fabrication operations Supervise fitters, welders, operators, and laborers Coordinate manpower and workflow to maximize shop productivity Monitor fabrication progress and production schedules Conduct daily safety and production meetings Ensure quality standards, fabrication tolerances, and project specifications are met Address production issues and implement corrective actions when needed Monitor equipment condition and coordinate maintenance needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Track productivity, labor hours, and operational efficiency Support employee training, development, and accountability Requirements High School Diploma or
GED 5-10
