Job Description

Summary Leviat is seeking a Production Supervisor with knowledge of production processes and systems, coupled with strong multitasking abilities. The Production Supervisor will be tasked with enhancing productivity through innovative methods and inspiring staff to achieve higher performance levels. Success in this role requires a goal-oriented and systematic approach. This position will collaborate closely with all levels of management and hourly employees to prioritize safety and foster our safety culture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Recruit, train, and oversee employees. Ensure adherence to the production schedule. Assess quality of goods prior to shipping. Oversee production staff, daily operations, and productivity. Manage records, communicate relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation. Maintain maintenance standards and ensure compliance with regulations. Conduct daily inspections, coordinate equipment maintenance. Collaborate with other departments and customers. Fulfill additional responsibilities as required. Required Skills / Qualifications Experience in production supervision, management, or a related role. Familiarity with building materials manufacturing preferred but not required. Effective time management and delegation skills. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and data entry software Experience in training, influencing, motivating, and leading others Physical Environment Capability to lift items weighing up to 40 pounds. Capability to stand or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
