Site Work Foreman

Seeking an experienced person to lead small crew for commercial and residential site work, as well as public works projects. Crew size varies from 1-3. This is a working foreman position, physical work is required. Candidate must be familiar with all aspects of site work, able to read and interpret plans, order daily material needs, communicate with owner's representative, keep detailed records of daily activity, plan ahead. Must have knowledge of, and implement safe work practices. Positive attitude is a requirement. Ability to operate and maintain heavy equipment is also required. Company vehicle is provided with this position, which requires a clean driving record.
