Overview Supervise, train and motivate employees and work teams to meet quality standards, production goals, efficiencies and customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe work environment for all employees. Responsibilities We Trust You With:

• Oversee the production process looking for ways to improve efficiencies, meeting all production quotas and deadlines
• Assign work, analyze productivity, workflow, methods and procedures, making recommendations to management as appropriate
• Enforce all company policies and plant rules, to include but not limited to problem solving, development & implementation of standard operating procedures
• Completes production labor schedule by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules to minimize OT; resolving problems; reporting results of the shift production daily
• Maintains working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement where applicable
• Responsible to meet all food safety, quality and customer requirements for this position What You Must Know |

Education and Experience:

• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience in a high speed manufacturing environment, preferably consumer packaged goods
• Minimum 2 - 4 years experience supervisory experience in a fast paced consumer packaged goods environment
• Better Process School
• Computer skills
• Self-motivation and safety awareness.

Pay:

$24.00 - $30.00 per hour
