Excellent Career Growth Opportunities The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely manufacture of quality products. This role leads and develops production associates, coordinates workflow to meet customer requirements, and ensures compliance with quality, productivity, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience supervising teams in a production environment.
