  • 2nd Shift team
  • focused on producing advanced thermal management products used in aerospace, defense, medical, calibration, and HVAC applications. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a new production area, mentor a skilled team, and play a direct role in manufacturing products that support mission-critical industries.
  • Schedule:
  • Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (9/80 Schedule, Four 10-Hour Shifts)
  • What You'll Do
  • + Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 manufacturing employees across machining, assembly, and welding operations.
+ Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives for production staff. + Provide hands-on assistance with fabrication, assembly, testing, brazing, and soldering operations as needed. + Monitor product quality through in-process and final inspections while ensuring customer requirements are met. + Maintain production documentation, manufacturing travelers, material identification records, and payroll approvals. + Troubleshoot production challenges, adjust workflows, and support employees in resolving technical issues. + Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on safety, productivity, quality, and equipment performance.
  • What We're Looking For
  • + Previous supervisory experience leading manufacturing teams in a production environment.
+ Hands-on experience with assembly, machining, welding, fabrication, or related manufacturing processes. + Strong understanding of quality control, inspections, material handling, and manufacturing documentation. + Ability to train, motivate, and develop employees while fostering a positive team culture. + Experience using computer systems for reporting, documentation, and production tracking. + Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + High school diploma or GED required; technical education or equivalent manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Experience with brazing and soldering operations.
+ Background working with aerospace, defense, medical, HVAC, or other highly regulated industries. + Familiarity with Foreign Object Damage (FOD) prevention procedures and quality management systems. + Proven success identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives. + Strong technical aptitude with fabrication and thermal product manufacturing processes. + Experience working in environments that emphasize precision, documentation, and continuous improvement.

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
