Job Description

Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000 We are seeking an experienced CNC Production Supervisor to oversee daily machining operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading CNC machinists and operators, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

Supervise CNC machinists, operators, and production staff. Ensure production schedules and quality standards are achieved. Troubleshoot machining and production issues. Train and mentor team members. Monitor productivity, safety, and workflow efficiency. Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams.

Qualifications:

5+ years of CNC machining experience. Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Strong knowledge of CNC mills, lathes, tooling, and machining processes. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience with Mastercam, FeatureCAM, or similar software is preferred. Please Apply today for immediate consideration.
