Description Rate Per Hour:
$25•$200 per day Join Interior Maintenance Company, as one of the leaders in Kitchen Hood Division. We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to oversee our skilled team. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and efficient completion of projects, maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and lead a crew of 2 Team members in Kitchen Hood and Dryer Exhaust cleaning projects. Ensure projects and assignments are completed on time and meet quality standards. Motivate and manage staff to achieve optimal performance. Must be able to travel on overnight jobs for anywhere between 1 to 5 days out of the week. Travel as required to various job sites, both day and night. Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications Valid Driver's License. Must be able to work a rotating shift•job consists of 80% second and third shift and 20% mornings Some management or supervisory experience. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including night shifts. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
