  • 4:30 PM We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman/Supervisor to join our manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a plastic injection molding environment. This position requires strong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills to support production goals, quality standards, and overall plant operations. Essential Responsibilities Start up and shut down plant operations and presses Communicate with crew leaders, foremen, production scheduler, and plant manager regarding: Mold changes Machine startups Production priorities Quality concerns Coordinate crew leaders, mold setters, and material handlers to meet production and quality goals Monitor workflow and minimize production downtime Maintain documentation for process parameters, molds, and associated equipment Work closely with the Quality Department to identify and resolve quality issues Investigate product discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence Provide repair and maintenance documentation for tools and equipment Perform additional duties as assigned to support efficient plant operations Qualifications & Requirements 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred Plastic injection molding experience preferred Strong press and mold knowledge required Basic computer skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Drug Screen Must be available for: Mandatory weekend overtime Occasional voluntary overtime Early call-ins and shift coverage as needed Any shift if required: 12:00 AM
