Our client, a leading organization in the food processing industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor•2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Supervisor•2nd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Production Supervisor•2nd
Shift Pay Range:
$60000•$75000 What's the Job? Oversee daily production activities ensuring all requirements are met efficiently and safely Supervise Team Leads, Machine Operators, and Material Handlers to maintain high performance standards Coordinate with the production scheduler to plan and prioritize tasks effectively Monitor production lines for efficiency, quality, and safety compliance Analyze performance data and KPIs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost savings What's Needed? Minimum of 3 years experience in meat/poultry or food processing industry, with supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of food safety standards such as GMPs, SQF, HACCP, and quality assurance programs Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to work in cold and wet environments, with physical capacity to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs What's in it for me?
