Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards. Production Management Execute daily production plans in coordination with Operations Management and Production Planning teams. Monitor workflow, minimize downtime, and identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain production targets. Process Optimization Lead initiatives to improve manufacturing and packaging processes. Evaluate production operations for efficiency and recommend changes to improve throughput and reduce waste. Quality Assurance Perform in-process and post-production QC testing using appropriate instruments and standardized procedures. Analyze and document quality data to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards. Work closely with the Lab and QA team to identify and elevate quality issues within production, and take prompt action to resolve them, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and continuous improvement in product quality. Team Leadership & Development Supervise, coach, and mentor production employees to foster a high-performance and team-based environment. Conduct performance evaluations, manage attendance and disciplinary actions, and support employee development. Promote cross-training and skill-building to enhance workforce flexibility. Communication & Coordination Maintain open, clear, and timely communication across shifts and departments. Ensure that employees are well-informed of daily goals, updates, and policy changes. Serve as a liaison between frontline employees and upper management.
