#Tech-Pro-Admin-01 Job Summary Join our team in Malvern, PA, a charming town known for its rich history and vibrant community. We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead our HPP associates, typically overseeing one or two HPP Lines. This role involves managing production assembly lines, fulfilling customer demands, and achieving productivity, schedule, safety, and GMP targets. Responsibilities Assign associates to workstations, outlining daily tasks and expected outcomes. Communicate and execute work assignments to meet department and customer requirements. Supervise, monitor, and lead employees to ensure compliance with GMP and safety regulations. Train and hold associates accountable for department, QA, safety, and company HPP processes and procedures. Complete required paperwork and ensure accuracy and completeness of all submissions. Communicate with leadership, QA department, and maintenance team. Handle minor tasks related to the role. Ensure excellent attendance and punctuality for an hourly role. Monitor staff progress and track for future assignment to line positions. Motivate team members to meet production goals. Examine completed work to detect defects and verify conformance to specifications. Collaborate with machine operators, supervisors, and management to ensure timely completion of orders. Execute line changeovers and ensure proper line clearance processes are followed. Ensure CIP processes are handled according to documented procedures and timelines. Update performance board hourly, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. Provide explanations for any deviations from targets. Optimize labor use by reallocating staff as needed due to schedule changes or machine downtime. Troubleshoot first-level issues with HPP, conveyors, printers, etc., and escalate to maintenance when necessary. Additional Responsibilities Report persistent or repeat issues to the supervisor for appropriate action. Communicate changeovers with the Quality department and production team for third-party verification. Manage label changeovers. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a cold storage environment. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. Qualifications Machine operator experience preferred. Experience working in a team environment. Ability to meet daily deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Proven satisfactory attendance. Flexibility with work schedule and duties in a changing environment. Good communication skills (reading, writing, speaking). Legible writing skills. High school diploma or GED. Working Conditions This role involves long periods of standing and walking, with repetitive bending and lifting (10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally). Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs. on rollers occasionally. Work in a wet and cold/refrigerated environment (around 35 degrees F) for 8-12 hours a day. Shift Details 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts are available.
