This position is responsible for planning and assigning work, managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards are met, enforcing safety requirements, and leading employees to achieve productivity, quality, and delivery objectives. The Assistant Foreman serves as a technical resource and leadership presence on the shop floor while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities:
