The role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, managing team performance, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards. Schedule Night shift. Compensation $65,000 to $72,000 per year, based on experience. What You'll Do The Production Supervisor leads and supervises a night shift production team, managing task assignments, tracking performance, and handling attendance to keep operations running smoothly. This person oversees production line activities, confirming equipment is functioning properly, quality standards are met, and production goals are achieved on schedule. The role monitors and reports on key performance indicators to meet shift level quality and delivery targets, and initiates corrective actions when standards are not met. The supervisor facilitates employee training and development so team members have the skills needed to meet operational standards, conducts regular performance reviews with constructive feedback, and supports a coaching based approach to team development. This person also contributes to operational planning by evaluating shift level performance and resource availability, coordinates shift handovers, and manages personnel schedules. The role requires maintaining compliance with GMP and supporting 5S and continuous improvement methodologies across the production area.
