This role is more than managing a department—it's about overseeing the flow of the entire facility, removing obstacles, supporting your team, driving production performance, and making critical decisions to keep the business moving. Your Schedule Night Shift:

7:00 pM - 7:00 AM 12-hour shifts with a rotating schedule—enjoy every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field a plus. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role. Proven experience in managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes. Strong understanding of production equipment and technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Strong change management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Critical thinking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Highly proficient with MS Office Ability to work 12-hour shifts SAP experience a plus.
