Production Supervisor - Great Step into

Confidential - established air-control manufacturer Ready to Move into a Supervisor Role? If you are a Lead Operator, Production Lead, Line Lead, Team Lead, Senior Operator, or an experienced production team member who has been informally guiding others, this role is designed to help you step into official leadership. You will lead a small team in a sheet metal / fabrication environment (press brakes, metal components, HVAC-related products), keeping work organized, coaching operators, and helping the team hit safety, quality, and output goals. You will spend your time on the floor, working alongside your team and setting the tone for the shift.
