We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our clients manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory operations, with a focus on production line processes and mechanical knowledge. This Supervisor will direct the activities of employees engaged in manufacturing processes including but not limited to, training and supervising, maintaining a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and established policies and procedures. Responsibilities Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising employee performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems;managing schedules and workflow. Supervise daily production activities and manage the Production lines on the 3rd shift to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met across all lines. Enforcing company standards, GMPs, PPE requirements, and procedures. Coordinate with Operations Manager to plan for projects. (what resources are needed, as well as project completion timelines) Creates work orders, or requests for materials, equipment, or other required items and distributes items to the production line. Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Use computer system to track product and production systematically Ensures count for items for use on the line to confirm inventory for production and return to stock. Oversees arrangement of lines and parts in specified sequence for assembly by other workers to meet or exceed production standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and operation. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations within the manufacturing facility. Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output, downtime, and employee performance. Qualifications Proven Supervisory or Management in a production facility: 2 years (Required) Must have a basic knowledge of lean manufacturing and understand and can implement single-piece flow processes Being proficient in Packmanager(Nulogy) is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft office programs. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance improvements. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills to interact with team members at all levels of the organization.
