BASIC FUNCTION
Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial refrigeration by performing the following duties.
DIMENSION
Schedules $50 - $70 million dollar product volume, directs flow of inventory to plant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain the master production schedule to establish operational sequence and lead times, ensuring shipping dates are met in alignment with sales forecasts and customer orders. Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data; perform quantitative analysis to determine manufacturing processes, tooling requirements, and staffing needs. Plan and coordinate workflow for each department and operation based on established manufacturing sequences and lead times. Define and communicate the sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and related manufacturing operations to guide production personnel. Collaborate with department supervisors to assess project status and ensure alignment with production schedules. Proactively expedite production activities that are behind schedule and adjust plans to accommodate unforeseen conditions or operational changes. Prepare, analyze, and distribute production reports to support planning and decision-making. Develop and maintain lists of required materials, tools, and equipment to support production needs. Prepare and process purchase orders to procure materials, tools, and equipment. Serve as a primary point of contact among vendors, subcontractors, and internal production teams to ensure coordination and timely execution. Lead revenue projection efforts in partnership with the Commercial Sales team, providing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets to support business planning and performance tracking. Adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards at all times.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Minimal travel - less than 10%.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Requires an Associates degree with 5 - 7 years experience or 9 years of qualified experience in the manufacturing environment.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), as well as Internet software and E-mail is required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervises direct employees. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these people. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and direction work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
