Job Summary
Arconic is currently in search of an Off-Shift Production Supervisor to join our Aluminum Extrusion (AEX) business unit in Lafayette, IN.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and inspire your team to work safely and efficiently.
- Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
- Drive root-cause problem solving to prevent recurrence.
- Champion safety initiatives and maintain compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively across teams and departments.
- Manage labor relations and resolve conflicts constructively.
- Maintain visual management systems and ensure operational excellence.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
