Job Description The Production Supervisor will report directly into the VP of Operations and be responsible for: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop production employees. Manage daily production schedules, labor allocation, and workflow priorities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices. Monitor production output, quality, efficiency, and safety performance. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication and operational effectiveness. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management activities. Ensure compliance with all quality standards, policies, and procedures. The Successful Applicant Associate's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. 7+ years of supervisory or management experience within a manufacturing environment. Experience with production planning, scheduling, and process improvement initiatives. Strong leadership, communication, and employee development skills. Experience within medical device or other regulated manufacturing environments is preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
