In this role, you will be working as a Production Supervisor for a client that works in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for planning and managing plant operations including manufacturing, stamping and tool room functions. This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site. Pay; $80,000-$90,000/Yr. depending on experience Bachelors Degree (MBA preferred) 7+ years of experience Plan, manage and coordinate production operations to ensure projects are completed on time Project labor and facility requirements based on sales forecasts Manage coordination of daily production requirements such as staffing, machinery and product to be shipped Manage a team Promote safety and quality standards Interact with internal departments, vendors, customers etc. Plan and establish work assignments Help with strategic business planning #VIS
