The ability to organize project information, parts and materials while maintaining delivery schedules. Maintaining a high level of quality initiative provided through the material and manufacturing process according to the customer's needs. Directs workforce by supervising employees to produce a quality product in a profitable and timely manner. Maintain all plant equipment to OEM specifications and OSHA regulations. Standard operations include check in process and completed work, assuring that shipping dates are met as scheduled, making recommendations for improvements and assuring that global guidelines are being followed. Implement changes and follow up to maintain an efficient flow of production Recommend and start up new tools and equipment, troubleshoot and improve as appropriate for production installations.
