Job Description

Ready to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous leadership experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of quality products through production, operations, and manufacturing. This is a management position with hands-on responsibility and accountability for daily production flow and bottom-line results.

$60,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Thirdwork hours: 10 PM - 6

Supervise daily manufacturing activities on the factory floor, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely. Coordinate and monitor assembly line operations, optimizing workflow and minimizing downtime. Lead a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and safety compliance. Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand tools to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance as needed. Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials, supplies, and finished products within the warehouse or manufacturing area. Participate in continuous improvements plans to increase production efficiencies. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies throughout all production processes. Collaborate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels, shipping schedules, and material handling requirements. Maintain TS16949 standards. Monitor for and communicate inventory levels. Perform any and all duties as directed by Management to achieve maximum plant performance including process flow, scrap, and quality standards.
