What You'll Be Doing Lead and coordinate daily shift operations to meet production, quality, and safety goals. Direct and support team members to ensure efficient workflow and clear communication. Monitor processes and address operational issues to minimize downtime. Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Complete shift reporting and communicate key updates to plant leadership. What We Are Looking For Ability to lead teams effectively in an industrial or production environment. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills during active operations. Clear communication skills for coordinating work and setting expectations. Commitment to safety, quality, and operational standards. Capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining consistency and focus. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
