This position requires a hands-on leader with manufacturing experience and the ability to effectively manage personnel during overnight operations.

• Supervise and lead a team of 12-14 production employees during third-shift operations.
• Ensure production schedules and daily output targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
• Monitor wire drawing processes and equipment performance to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Coordinate shift activities, work assignments, and employee coverage.
• Conduct shift start-up and handoff meetings.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and work rules.
• Train, coach, and develop employees.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, attendance, and safety records.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and management teams.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.
